U.S.A SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped after 1 business day and are shipped free of charge.

All packages are shipped via USPS PRIORITY 2-5 BUSINESS DAY with tracking information available.

Estimated arrival is determined by several factors and depend on the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.

Our Estimated Time of Arrival is 5 Business Days from the day your order was processed. Pending USPS handling.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays. Any orders received on a Friday after 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are processed the following business day.

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email with a link and your tracking number.

This will allow you to track your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order(s) can be canceled by the buyer ONLY if the order(s) have not been processed or shipped. If order(s) have already been processed and shipped, they cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Fajastec.com purchase, simply return it within 7 days of the order date for an exchange, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

  • All products in Fajastec.com are guaranteed by the material and performance, therefore you have the benefit of being able to Exchange the product you received.

 

  • If you wish to Exchange your item for a different size or to use as credit on another item, the garment or product must be in perfect condition. 
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 7 days of the date you received your initial purchase
  • Turbogel can be Exchanged if the product is unopened and sealed.
  • Shapewear or any garments with PANTYS or THONGS cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

  • Clearance items or products purchased through a promotion or with any special offers are not eligible for Exchanged or Returned.

  • Only one (1) Exchange is allowed per order on certain products. Contact our Customer Service department for additional information. 

     

  • How to Return:

    • Each return should be accompanied with a Return Form.
    • Please fill out accordingly, to the best of your ability and send the product and return slip to the address we provided below.
    • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly worn, not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above. Butt lifters and creams are final sale for hygienic reasons.
